We were granted permission to re-open but we must adhere to strict CDC Guidelines in order to remain open!

We have taken these guidelines seriously and expect you to also read, agree, and and adhere to them, too.

Covid 19 Rules

APPOINTMENT ONLY

To help maintain appropriate social distancing, A Petz World will not be able to accommodate walk-in services at all. You must have an appointment to enter the shop.

MASK REQUIRED

Every person who enters the shop needs to be wearing a face mask. If you don't have one, we have them for sale in the shop. Give us a call and we'll bring one out to you so you can enter the building.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Only one pet family is allowed at a time in the shop's front area.

To help keep 6 feet of distancing between people at all times, please enter only if there is no other client inside dropping off or picking up their fur baby. Otherwise, please wait at the designated tape markers on the sidewalk outside the front door.

Curbside Check-ins & Pick Ups are offered during select times of day. Please inquire when you call to make your appointment and we will do our best to accomodate!

PET HANDLING

We have owners remove all collars, leashes, etc. Your pets will be handled with our own slip lead. A Petz World will not handle anything belonging to pets and/or their owner.

CLEANING

A Petz World will perform additional cleaning measures between each pet and at the end of the day.
